In this webinar, Inna Khazan, PhD, BCB will discuss psychophysiological relaxation profile as part of biofeedback assessments that will aid participants in planning training for both clinical and performance populations. She will discuss a detailed step-by-step protocol for conducting the relaxation profile, ways to modify this assessment to meet clients’ individual needs, interpretation of results, and ways to use them for planning biofeedback training. Thorough and practical assessment is a crucial component of successful biofeedback training or treatment. Psychophysiological stress profile has become a standard part of biofeedback training.
